World class Counter-Strike returns to New York this autumn. On the 29th to 30th of September, Brooklyn will rumble with the roars of thousands of esports fans as ESL One makes its third annual visit to Barclays Center. Over the course of this weekend, an Intel Grand Slam win, and the ESL One title will be awarded to one of the world’s 8 best CS:GO teams.
Other stops for ESL One in 2019 include Katowice, Poland and Mumbai, India (which have already been and gone), as well as upcoming events in Birmingham, United Kingdom and Cologne, Germany. Tickets for ESL One New York will be made available on Friday, May 3rd.
Six invited teams will join two other teams who earn spots from North America and Europe qualifiers. These will then be split into two double-elimination groups, before heading into the single-elimination playoffs. Semi-finals will be played on the main stage, with the best-of-five grand final rounding things off.
