It’s official. FAME.WATCH is bringing the “116th Street Festival” onto the digital screens of millions across the globe with the live broadcast production on June 9th 2018.
The event will be hosted by Award winning Artist & Global Ambassador of Latin Music Tito Puente Jr. and  Grammy Award Nominee Artist Ms. Yaya Vargas and also joining us as a Field Correspondent, The Funny Latino, Roman Suarez will also be front center during the broadcast bringing live interviews and one-on-one conversations with many of the stars back stage and in the crowd celebrating  this cultural enjoyment day. Set to perform on stage is two time Grammy Award Winner, Eddie Montalvo & his Orquestra, Award winning artist Frankie Vazquez, Award Winning Artist Cita Rodriguez, Latin Artist Los Muzik, and International Latin Artist – J Martin.
“This is going to be an exciting time for us here at FAME.WATCH.” said C.E.O and founder of FAME.WATCH, Jevante Qirashawn. “We’ve been working at this for two years and now that the time has come and we are extremely excited to show the world what a great annual event the 116th Street festival as always been.”FAME.WATCH will broadcast Live the Featured Performances of the 106 Street Stage which is sponsored by Daily News, Monster Energy Drink and Nissan and located at 106th Street and 3rd Avenue in New York City.
“ Bringing these talented veterans of the latin music industry together has always been a dream of mine.” Executive Vice President of FAME.WATCH Enriz Ramirez shared in a statement. “For many years we’ve heard the call by many in attendance at this event to bring back the old school artist and bands and we intend to bring back some of that flavor”.
