Earlier today, Maroon 5 invaded The Ellen Show where they performed their new single “Cold” live for the first time. The single released yesterday and it’s already getting plenty of spin. One of those reasons could be the fact that rap star Future. Keeping the major vibes coming, they’re quickly back with an official music video for the new hit single.
The music video, directed by Rich Hill, finds M5’s lead singer Adam Levine making his way to party that’s hosted by Future. Not only that, but to also play him his verse for the song. What is expected to be an in and out quick trip, turns into a psychedelic evening for Levine after someone pours something in his drink. He makes his way through a crowd of people before linking up with Super Future.
“Cold” is the first taste of Maroon 5’s upcoming sixth studio album that’s set to impact later this year.
