2016, was a good year for Ricco Barrino being featured on five upcoming releases including the chart topping single “California” along with label mate TI, Young Dolph and Colonel Loud. The single “California” reached #8 on Urban charts, #20 on rhythmic charts and #8 on Billboard’s Hip Hop & Rap Airplay charts.
Barrino burst on the scene in 2007 when he released the debut single, “Bubble Gum”, which led to a recording deal with TI’s Grand Hustle Records in 2008. Since then, Ricco has recorded numerous songs including: “Somebody” by E40, “Come To The Money” by T.Neal which featured Colonel Loud, “Sing Along” by Nick Grant, “Pray For Me” and “Hood” a duet with his famous sibling and American Idol Winner Fantasia. His record “Remember My Name” was also featured on ESPN’s “First Take”.
Ricco Barrino who is in the forefront of happenings will kick off his fifteen city promotional tour, in support of the new single and forthcoming album “Fantasia’s Brother”.
